Albert Ellisk Albert Ellis, Chief Executive, Harvey Nash
Ellis is Chief Executive Officer of the Harvey Nash Group, a global professional services organisation that specialises in executive headhunting, strategic leadership services and technology outsourcing and offshoring. He has over twenty years business experience holding senior executive positions in a number of organisations, including the recruitment and logistics divisions of FTSE 250 group, Hays plc. A qualified accountant and skilled professional who relocated from South Africa to London in 1993, Ellis is of the view that the global skills migration phenomenon will form the next major challenge for companies crucially reliant on their people talent. Ellis has championed talent management throughout his career and is passionate about the acquisition and retention of human capital. As CEO he has implemented numerous leadership and talent management programmes and is regularly invited to speak at board level forums and business summits.
